Our Creative Image Designer

At our cosmetic dentistry practice in Springfield, Massachusetts, our creative image designer, Janice, will help you feel comfortable during your first appointment.

Hi, my name is Janice. I am the creative image designer in our dental family and your first visit we will try to make you as comfortable as possible. I will give you some patient information forms to fill out. Our reception room is set up as if you were in your living room. So they are very comfortable chairs, very inviting. We have up-to-date magazines which is I think a plus in our office and during your first visit we give you a tour to show you our cutting edge high tech facilities that we have here. Dr. Peck has taken many courses and has taken us with him so we know and can explain in detail what he is doing for each procedure if you would like that. Dr. Peck is very intuitive. He really understands the body language and he attuned to that so that he will make you very comfortable in his first visit; explain the knowledge that he has because he feels as though all our guests should have the same knowledge that he has, so he explains that to you. He does it digitally. We have digital x-rays where he can bring that up right onto the computer so that you can see and he can explain with you with pictures. After you are done seeing Dr. Peck, then you are escorted out and while you would see Gail to discuss financial aspects of your next visit and then you would come over to the next window which would be mine and I would set you up with appointments at your convenience. The wonderful thing about the office is we stagger our hours so you can have very early morning hours before work or late evening so that we extend to people schedule and if you want specific hours we would always come in for you to do that. We will rearrange our lunch hours or we come in before or after hours so that we can make this as easy as possible.
